The service here is top-notch, and the location is fantastic, perfect for what we needed, especially with Paul's British Pub nearby for a great chill-out spot.

The location for the bars down the road! -- You must go to Chevy's & The Three Lions! Both have fantastic drink menus -- Chevy's has awesome food too! And fantastic service that will really take care of you and make you feel welcome! We could also see that during peak season, the pool and location would be beneficial and put to good use.

This hotel had the worst service that I have ever encountered in any hotel stay in my life. For example, upon our arrival, no one was at reception to check us in (it was 8 PM), rather, they posted my entire booking print-out from Booked.net, including all of my credit card information (including security code, name and expiration date), on the front window of the reception/pool bar, with a note saying that he had left the key in the door of our room! Upon confronting the man at reception when he came back, he proceeded to yell at me, and tell me that there's nothing he can do, seeming unapologetic. He wouldn't tell us times in which he would be there to assist us ("I'll be here for a while, or not"), and was overall extremely unhelpful (no knowledge/recommendations of things to do on the island, especially during off season). Will never come here again, strictly based on poor service! Hotel not to be trusted.

The hotel itself it's very nice, with large pool and pool bar, the furniture was ok, and it's a great value for money. This is NOT a family hotel, it's a youth's hotel.

If you are a family trying to stay at Paradise, better you'll change the hotel. There are a lot english youths that will party the whole night long (not a bad thing for them, but a bad thing for those who will try to sleep). Also, the food (not included in the price) was awful and very expensive (actually the whole Laganas town it's expensive).

The location is ideal, being close to the local nightlife but away from the loud party scene. The basic amenities provided, such as the breakfast and the bed and bathroom facilities, meet all the necessary requirements.

The hotel is brilliant and clean, the stuff are welcoming, location is perfect next to the shop. Make sure you stay in the king studio with good bathroom, snacks, for example. There are cooking hobs, an oven and kitchenware. Thank you for an amazing stay, would return anytime.

we had an amazing experience. the hotel was ideal, had lovely views and unbeatable location near to the centre as well as bars. there was free wi-fi in public areas and the service in general was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at paradise the rooms were well eqipped and the maid was in every other day. There were no issues with safety or security either unlike some other hotels. Th only slight critisim I would have is that it is about a half hour walk from the beach and club strip. A taxi takes 5 mins and is very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel 2 groups of young peopl aged 17-30.Please write at least 15 words

I and 4 friends stayed at "The house" or villa at paradise apartments during our partytrip. In 15 minutes you could walk to Lagans city and all the bars or pay 5-6 EUR for a taxi. The hotell had a large pool and a biljard table. Our cleaner was pleasent but didn't speak English. The villa- room was very nice and big with 2 bedrooms, one balcony, a bathroom with a large bathtube and kitchen- and livingroom. The house was at topfloor; (second flloor) placed over the resturant and NO OWN BULIDING which we eccpected.

The food in the bar wasn't good but they had also an resturant with very good food. I also think the hotell should offer internet services in the rooms, not only in the bar. The hotell are close to the road which sometimes makes a lot of noise.

In the superior queen studio, you can enjoy a view of the garden. It comes equipped with fridges, cooking hobs, and an oven. 🌿 Overall, the service here is top-notch. Plus, they have on-site parking available for your convenience.

i like the rooms, they were exactly like in the pictures on the hotel site.the staff was very nice, they show us the main objectives on the island.the pool was great
